In a bowl I put flour, and in the middle of it I made a hollow in which I added the yeast, the fruit and the warm water. I left it in a warm place for 15 minutes. I gradually added to the above composition the beaten egg, then the melted butter, the peach puree and finally the ground almonds. The resulting composition was quite soft and sticky. I let it warm again to increase until it doubled in volume.
I cut the peach into cubes and sprinkled it with a little cinnamon. I added the peaches to the dough and mixed to incorporate.
I put the dough in a cake pan and baked at 180 degrees Celsius until it was nicely browned. When I took it out of the oven I sprinkled powdered sugar.
