  • 1-1.5 cup wheat flakes
  • 1 l milk
  • 3 tablespoons gray
  • 4-6 tablespoons honey
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • cinnamon

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Wheat flakes with milk at Multicooker:

Put the sugar, vanilla sugar and milk in the bowl of the appliance.

Set the Stew program to 30 minutes.

After 10 minutes add the flakes.

4. A glass of milk, a teaspoon of sugar and an egg. Blend.

5. Take 200 g of cheese, 100 g of kefir, 100 g of juice, a banana.

6. You will need 100 g of cheese, 100 g of cherry juice, egg white, a little sugar.

We will proceed exactly like the polenta. Bring the water to a boil, then add the wheat semolina in the rain, stirring as often as possible, until it is completely cooked.

Another option, which I tried, was to prepare the wheat puree, the same wheat that we use for the cage. Clean the wheat and wash it in more water. Then put it in a pot. For 500 g of wheat you need 1.5 l of water. Put the pot on low heat to boil and let it boil until the wheat has absorbed all the water. Stir occasionally so that the wheat does not stick to the bottom of the pot. When it has boiled, pass the wheat and mash it. You can serve it to the simple little one, with fruit puree, pieces of fruit, honey or cheese. Good appetite!

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 165 degrees and leave the top in the oven for 10 minutes.

Now we can take care of the cream. Beat eggs with brown sugar. Add melted butter, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and condensed milk. Mix well, then add wheat flour and coconut flakes (keep about 50 grams of coconut for decoration).
