Put in a bowl 250 g flour, salt, oil, warm water and a tablespoon of yogurt. Mix everything with a wooden spoon, then leave to rise in a warm place, covered with a cotton napkin for 30 minutes. After this time we add the rest of the flour, that is: 250 g. We knead the dough well, well and we have the possibility to portion the dough in as many pizzas we want to make. In two, three or four balls (I kept the whole dough). Cover everything with a napkin and let it rest for another 25 minutes.

! It is very important to respect the waiting times exactly!

Spread the pizza sheet or sheets, pressing with your fingers on the dough and performing a rotating movement.

Grease the dough with tomato sauce, sprinkle with thyme and oregano, then in turn add all the toppings.

Baking time 25 minutes (medium heat).
