- 300 g of ham

Method of preparation
Clean the mushrooms, wash them well and remove the stalks. The feet together with 5-6 hats are finely chopped. The rest of the hats are seasoned well with salt and pepper and fried in a plate or on the grill, on both sides. Use a little olive oil or butter. The onions are cleaned, washed and finely chopped, then hardened in oil. When it is yellow, add the chopped mushrooms, leave them to harden a bit. Then add the chopped ham and seasoned with salt and pepper. Add a part of the chopped green parsley, put a lid on and let it boil until the juice from the mushrooms decreases, so about 20 minutes. When ready, fill the hardened mushrooms with the filling from the pan, one tablespoon in each mushroom. They sit nicely in a tray well greased with butter. Beat the eggs well together with the cream and put a spoonful of this mushroom on each composition. The final is grated mozzarella. Leave the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, remove and sprinkle with the remaining chopped green parsley. When they have cooled, they are ready to serve. Quick and very tasty, mushrooms are a great dinner.

Simple recipe for creamy pasta with mushrooms:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, but with one minute less. Keep a cup of pasta water separate and then drain them.
- Slice the mushrooms. Melt 1 tablespoon butter over low heat in a large skillet. Saute onions and garlic for a minute.
- Turn up the heat, add the mushrooms and let them cook until the water evaporates from them. Leave them on the fire for another 5 minutes, until they start to brown.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and stir until melted.
- Reduce the heat a bit. Add the pasta, 3 quarters of the water held from the pasta and the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix lightly and as wide as possible to cover the entire composition and continue until the creamy pasta sauce begins to form. If the pasta looks dry, add more water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
The creamy pasta recipe is ready. You can sprinkle finely chopped parsley or Parmesan on top.

Wrinkles are the first edible sponges that appear in our deciduous forests only in spring, and you only find them for a few days, in case there were heavy rains. This food is specifically Moldovan from Pascani to Vatra Dornei, ie places with forests where such sponges grow.
Clean the wrinkles, wash them in more water, and cut them according to the knife. Finely chop the onion, greens and green garlic and soak them in the oil with a little water and salt. When they are ready, add the wrinkles and continue cooking. Mix the sour cream with the flour and add it over the creases. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the food drops enough.

400 gr puff pastry dough, 2 cans of mushrooms, 1 egg, 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons milk, 2-3 strands of green onion, a few strands of dill, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons sesame, salt, pepper
Method of preparation
Heat finely chopped green onions in butter.
Add a box of mushrooms and lightly fry them.
We put the mushrooms in the second box on the robot and make them into a paste. Add the pasta over the mushroom composition with onions and let them simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and add the egg and finely chopped dill.
Put the puff pastry on a well-floured work surface and spread a thin sheet. Cut the sheet in half lengthwise so as to obtain two rectangles of dough. Grease with beaten egg yolk and place a layer of composition on the edge of the rectangle.
Roll and place the dough rolls in the tray lined with baking paper. Remove the excess flour with a clean brush.
With a very sharp knife we make cuts on each roll at approximately equal distances, thus obtaining the mini-pies. Then grease with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven, over medium heat, until they start to brown.
With the help of a well-sharpened knife, cut the mini-pies, while they are hot. We put on a plate and serve.
For the fasting version, we give up the egg in the composition, possibly for safety you can add a teaspoon of breadcrumbs (although I don't think it is absolutely necessary), we will fry the mushrooms in butter or margarine and we will not grease them with beaten egg, sprinkle directly sesame.
