Sift the flour, put salt on the edge, make a hole in the middle and add the yeast dissolved in a little water and sugar. Add the spices. We start to knead by adding warm water gradually and after it has incorporated well, we add the oil and we knead for about 8 minutes

We give the round shape to the dough, we make a cross (I make it by hand), we grease it with oil and we cover it with a towel and we let it grow until it doubles its volume,

We break pieces of dough like a fist.

From each piece we will break a piece like a walnut from which we will make 2 rolls that we will weave by twisting. We spread the remaining piece in a round shape, we add olives and we will gather it like a bag,

We will place the braided cord in the middle, grease them with oil and let them grow for about 30 minutes.

Bake them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes
