For the sauce you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped;
  • 1 carrot, chopped;
  • 1 dried onion, chopped;
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped;
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, berries;
  • 2 hot peppers, chopped (one tablespoon);
  • 1 teaspoon of juniper berries;
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, berries;
  • 75 ml vinegar.

Put the sesame oil in the wok and let it heat up. When the oil is hot, add the duck meat, which you brown for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
After the meat is browned, add the carrot, half of the chopped green onion and brown everything for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the mango and lycee cubes, over which you pour half of the sauce in which you cooked the meat. Add tomato paste, honey, a pinch of glutamate. Wait for it to boil and you can put out the fire.
Finally season with pepper, mix well and serve. Put in a plate and sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Serve with rice garnish with bamboo shoots (rice preparation with bamboo shoots).
