I guarantee it will be a beautiful day if I start with something good to eat.
I always have the problem of diversification. I get bored very easily, especially since I prefer a sweet breakfast in eight out of ten cases. Or a little. No ham eggs, you know what I mean. Cereals, smoothie, yogurt with nuts and honey, banana bread or muffins. Plus it has to be quick and easy to prepare.
Out of this need for diversification, I came to a time to test various variants of granola. They are simple to make and very good to have at home either for breakfast or as a snack.
Granola, for those who haven't found out yet, are cereals combined with dried fruit and sweetener (brown sugar, honey, maple syrup or whatever else is in the cupboard) and cooked for a while over low heat until golden and crispy.

· 2 tablespoons chia seeds

· a handful of dried cranberries
· thick greek yogurt
· kiwi, currants (seasonal fruits)
1. Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl (I used a bowl with a diameter of 26 cm) and mix well with your hands. You can leave a few almonds and whole nuts in the mixture.
