Wash the zucchini, cut off the heads (if large, peel and seed) and grate on a large grater.
Salt, mix well, leave for 30 minutes to leave the juice
Squeeze well from excess water, then mix in turn with cheese, eggs, sour cream, then finely chopped greens, season to taste with salt (if the cheese does not have enough salt) and pepper to taste.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix well.
