Roll over the slices of toast until they become thin and flexible. Grease a muffin tin with oil and place a slice of bread in each one. Beat the eggs well and then mix them with the grated telemeau and the diced mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste, nutmeg and oregano. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the mushroom mixture in each muffin tin, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Bake the muffins at 180 degrees C, about 15 minutes, until the egg has set well. Serve hot with a salad and you will have a perfect breakfast!
