Fried cheese

Beat the egg with the salt. Give the cheese slices through the egg, then through the flour, again through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs.

Fry the slices in hot oil, taking care on each side when turning them from one side to the other so that the breadcrumbs do not spread. Do not leave much, only until the breadcrumbs are browned.
