Put the milk on the fire in a bowl. When it starts to heat, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and semolina and mix vigorously with a whisk until the composition thickens and becomes like a pudding. Incorporate the butter.
Wallpaper a detachable cake pan with baking paper, grease with butter and sprinkle sugar on it.
Put semolina pudding in the pan, let it cool a bit, then put a foil over it so as not to get crust.
Turn on the oven to heat.
Put the cheese on the large grater. Add sugar, vanilla powdered sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs and raisins (washed). Mix all the ingredients and pour over the semolina pudding.
Put the tray in the oven until the cake is nicely browned.
