I used normal sugar which I made powder by passing it through the robot. In a bowl add the powdered sugar, lemon peel, flour, egg and egg yolk, butter at room temperature and a teaspoon of baking powder.

We work with the ingredients until we get a fairly soft dough and easy to shape. We wrap it in a transparent food foil and put it in the fridge for at least an hour.


I bought a package for vanilla flavored cake cream.

In a pan greased with butter or oil, spread the whole tray on the tart top. Put it in the preheated oven until it turns golden.

When it is ready, let it cool. Pour the vanilla cream on top, garnish with orange slices.
