The preparation method is extremely simple. The only downside would be that everything is fried in oil, but I think that if I didn't exaggerate with the frying it would work, from time to time we would cook like that. He must admit that, despite the fact that the method of preparation is not healthy, what is fried is much tastier.
The cleaned and washed fish is cut into 3-4 cm slices. and salt. Let it sit for 1/2 hour.
