The truth is that I reduced the quantities proportionally, but my instinct told me from the beginning that something was wrong. After I took the creme brulee out of the oven, it didn't set at all. I tried to straighten it, but it almost ended up in the trash. So I made it again, my own recipe, and it turned out very good. It is not very sweet, but it is compensated with the sweetness of the caramel on top.
