Cold tofu with soy sauce

  • 200 grams of soft tofu (silken)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • little wasabi
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Cold tofu with soy sauce:

Mix the soy sauce diluted with 1 tablespoon of wasabi water and sesame oil.

Cut the tofu into slices and pour the sauce on top.

Serve immediately.
