Chicken ciulama

Boil the chicken together with the carrots, celery and a little salt. When the meat is cooked, remove it separately.

In a saucepan, heat the butter over which the finely chopped garlic is added.

In a bowl put the flour and mix it with the juice in which the chicken was boiled, pouring it over the garlic butter. Add the juice if necessary. (I didn't write quantities for the ciulama sauce because everyone makes more or less).

When the sauce is cooked, add the meat and let it boil for a few more minutes, matching the salt.

It's ideal with polenta.
