  • 10 beautiful round potatoes
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 200 g meat (pork, chicken, beef) of your choice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 gogosar
  • parsley
  • salt pepper
  • oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons tomato sauce

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed potatoes:

I washed the potatoes and boiled them in their skins. I chopped the onion and the donut and hardened them. I boiled the carrot, the mushrooms and the meat. When they boiled, I mixed them with the onion and the donut and I added parsley, salt and pepper to taste. I peeled the potatoes, cut them in 2 and hollowed them out. I arranged the potatoes in a tray previously greased with oil and filled them with the above composition. .I made 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of water a sauce and poured over the potatoes. I put them on the counter for 30 minutes. Before taking them out of the oven for 5 minutes, I put some cheese on the grater and put them on top. I didn't have time to take a picture of all the potatoes, only these 3 pieces remained.
