Then I put them in a pan, I poured 1 l of cold water over them and I put the pan on the fire, on a very low heat, to keep all the vitamins.

When it starts to boil, leave it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and leave it to infuse until the next day. The next day I took a sieve over which I put a gauze folded in several layers and strained the syrup, squeezed the dandelion flowers well, then I put the sugar and squeezed the lemon - too much lemon juice makes the syrup too bad. I put the pan on the fire, over low heat and let the syrup bind well, to have the consistency of honey.

Put in well-washed and dried jars, cover and cover with a towel, leave to cool, then store in the pantry.

I did not expect it to be so good, it can be served as a syrup diluted with mineral water or on a slice of bread greased with butter.

Turn off the heat when the liquid has reached the consistency of a syrup (which does not spread after it cools).

After it has cooled, pour the syrup into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator, close tightly.

This wonderful syrup can be consumed as such, on bread, can be used for pancakes or desserts. Or it can be diluted with water, like a fruit syrup.

It has a pleasant taste and good effects on the liver and blood, acting as a tonic and depurative.

Instead of sugar you can use honey, or 1 part sugar, 1 part honey.

Dandelion is not indicated for people suffering from digestive disorders (gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis), nor for people allergic to this plant.

-add 1-2 lemons, which you have previously crushed with the peel.

Take the decoction off the heat and let it rest for 24 hours. Strain it and add 1.5 kg of sugar to the liquid obtained. Continue to boil the composition, bringing it to the boil 2-3 times (thus obtaining the necessary viscosity and consistency of honey).

After that, transfer the honey into sterilized jars, sealing them tightly.

Despite the fact that dandelion honey is artificial, it can compete fully with popular jams and various types of natural bee honey.
