A quick dinner with spinach put in the freezer last week for emergencies and a canned tuna (also from the strategic reserve).
- 200 gr spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 150 gr frozen spinach
- 1 canning tone
- ground black pepper
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with spinach and tuna:
Let the spinach thaw lightly, keeping the juice. Boil the pasta in a salt shaker according to the instructions on the package. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
Put the olive oil in a saucepan and when it is hot add the garlic and let it release its flavor.
Add the spinach and leave it for a few minutes. Add the ground pepper. We take it down and mix the composition.
Drain the pasta and mix with the spinach. Drain the juice from the can. Add the tuna, which we break easily with a fork.
Serve the pasta immediately.
you can use fresh spinach that you cook for a few minutes in salted water.
optionally you can add grated parmesan
Spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil
Spaghetti is boiled in salted water. Boil according to the instructions on the package.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Put the peeled tomatoes in a pan and boil.
Add the finely chopped garlic.
Season and simmer for a few more minutes, until the sauce thickens a little.
