Easter dessert with chocolate

First I separated the 8 eggs. I beat the egg whites well with a pinch of salt, gradually adding the sugar; I mixed until the meringue was ready. I added the yolks one by one, mixing after each one, for incorporation.

I added finetti and vanilla essence, also mixing for incorporation.

I put the resulting composition on the fire (on a steam bath), while mixing with the whisk I also put the flour mixed with cocoa, little by little, stirring continuously for incorporation but also so that it does not stick to the cream bowl.

The composition is thinned (a little) with milk, gradually poured. I mixed it carefully, and kept it on the steam bath until the filling thickened, like a pudding. When it was ready I put it aside and let it cool.

I put the ingredients for the dough in the robot (butter / margarine is put in the pieces, and the baking powder is mixed with flour, sifted).

Mix well until a ball of dough results, quite sticky.

For baking I used a cake form with a diameter of 24 cm. I spread the dough by hand, wallpapering the shape of the cake (on the walls I put dough about half the height of the shape). I previously greased the cake form with a little oil and covered it with baking paper. (As I spread the dough I soaked my fingers in a little oil from time to time, so I could spread the sheet).

After I prepared the dough I rubbed the butter (I used the mixer), after which I incorporated in the butter, spoon by spoon, the cooled cream.

The resulting composition is poured over the dough, level a little with a spoon and bake for about 45-50 minutes. I checked it with a toothpick.

I didn't take the Easter cake out of the mold until it cooled.

The first dish eaten on Easter must be Easter, according to tradition. In fact, Easter is served only these days and must occupy a central place on the table, because we know that the dishes do not settle anyway on this day. There are many recipes, depending on the area, but all have in common sweet cow's cheese. Recently, all sorts of recipes have appeared, that's why I'm proposing you a chocolate Easter recipe.

For the countertop:

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

For the cream:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • sugar to taste
  • Lemon
  • vanilla essence
  • raisins

For the glaze:

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon margarine / butter

Method of preparation

Rub the egg with the sugar, then incorporate the margarine or butter, add the flour gradually, then the milk and cocoa, the vanilla sugar and the baking powder.

The cheese is passed through a sieve or mixer, rub the yolks with sugar, then beat the egg whites and incorporate into the rest of the composition, at the end you can add or not the raisins, according to taste.

For this cake you need a round shape of silicone, with a hole in the middle, or a round tray with a diameter of 20 cm. The composition for the countertop is divided into two equal halves, the first is poured into the tray, then the cream cheese is added and then the rest of the countertop composition is added. Place in the oven and keep at 180 degrees until the toothpick test passes.

The obtained Easter is poured on a plate, left to cool, during which time the icing is prepared. The water together with the sugar and cocoa are boiled over low heat, then left to cool and when the temperature reaches the value of summer water, incorporate the butter / margarine. Pour the icing over Easter and put in the fridge until the next day. Unlike regular Easter, it is served at the end of the meal as a dessert.

  • 450 g Superior Flour 000 Grandma's shelf
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g white caster sugar
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

To start, take out a large bowl and add the butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence. Add the butter and mix it well with the two types of sugar. After they become a cream and the sugar has melted and is one with butter, add the vanilla essence for an aroma reminiscent of Sundays spent with grandparents. If the cream is ready, you can add the eggs one by one, stirring continuously until the whole composition is homogenous. Don't forget the salt dust you need to add. In a smaller bowl, place the baking soda over Grandma's Top Flour. Sprinkle this mixture over the mixture in the large bowl, stirring constantly.

Now it's time to add the milk chocolate and chopped dark chocolate into small cubes. Then continue to mix until they are incorporated into the dough and it becomes homogeneous.

Line a tray with a little oil, add baking paper and form the cookies, placing them nicely and neatly in the tray. You can use a spoon for modeling or you can do this with your own hands.

If you have finished arranging the small snacks in the tray, you can put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave them for about 15 minutes until they become golden on top and their scent will fill the souls of your loved ones with joy. All you have to do is invite your loved ones to dinner and enjoy a delicious dessert together.

Easter with chocolate - video recipe & ndash Ingredients

& ndash 600 g fresh cottage cheese
& ndash 200 g sweet fat cream
& ndash 200 g melted, cooled chocolate
& ndash 5 yolks
& ndash 5 egg whites
& ndash 200 g sugar
& ndash 100 g flour
& ndash 50 g chocolate flakes
& ndash 20 g black cocoa Dr.Oetker
& ndash 7 g baking powder Dr.Oetker
& ndash 2 sachets of vanilla sugar bourbon Dr.Oetker
& ndash 1 envelope Finesse Vanilla Bourbon Dr.Oetker
& ndash 1 teaspoon of orange Dr.Oetker
& ndash 1 teaspoon natural Sicilian lemon essence Dr.Oetker
& ndash a pinch of salt

The cottage cheese at room temperature is mixed with the cream until the composition becomes creamy.
Add the yolks, melted chocolate and continue mixing after each ingredient added.
Add the flavors: vanilla bourbon sugar, Finesse Vanilla Bourbon, orange essence, natural Sicilian lemon essence, cocoa, flour and baking powder and incorporate well.
Separately beat the egg whites with the sugar until you get a meringue and incorporate it into the cheese composition with light movements from top to bottom. At the end, add the chocolate flakes and incorporate.
The composition is poured into a round tray with & Oslash 24cm, greased with a little butter and lined with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 & degC, for 55 min. Allow to cool well then spread on top with melted chocolate and decorate with Dr.Oetker chocolate-flavored ornaments.
It is portioned and consumed with great appetite at the Easter table !!

Chocolate easter recipe. The ideal dessert for Easter

Even if there is still enough time until Easter, you can prepare your menu in advance for that special moment. Even if it is slightly different from the traditional version, this chocolate Easter recipe is one that will turn the ideal Easter dessert into the star of festive meals.


There is no shortage of cheese in the list of ingredients. But because you add extra chocolate, you perfectly combine a traditional recipe with a modern taste. You have nothing to fear from this preparation. If you follow the steps as we will detail below, you will not fail.

This cake should not be missing from the Easter table. Tasty, sweet and savory, it will be the favorite of the guests, for sure. Moreover, it is prepared much faster than a regular Easter.

List of chocolate easter recipe ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 240 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 220 g butter
  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • vanilla essence
  • two tablespoons of semolina

How to prepare & # 8211 chocolate easter recipe

Use a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with 100 grams of sugar, 100 grams of soft butter, semolina, vanilla essence and two eggs. Homogenize this mixture, either with a mixer or blender or with a spoon. Great attention! Cow's cheese should be well drained of whey and you need to be fatter, not a dietary one, according to Kfetele.

In a separate bowl, mix 100 grams of sugar with one egg and 100 grams of soft butter. Add the milk, then mix further. Add the flour, vanilla or rum essence, half the amount of cocoa and baking powder. Continue to mix until the whole mixture is homogenized properly.

Take a round shape, put baking paper and pour half of the composition earlier. It is preferable to be a form with removable walls. Then, over this cocoa dough, pour the first filling, the one with cheese. The last layer is with the other half of the cocoa dough. Put the easter in the preheated oven and leave for 45 minutes.

After baking the cake, let it cool in the form. During this time, prepare the chocolate icing. Take a saucepan, then mix 20 grams of butter, 40 grams of sugar, two tablespoons of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of cold water. Bring to a boil over low heat and stir continuously. After the sugar and butter are completely melted, pour the grease over the Easter egg, then put it in the fridge for at least two hours.
