Grilled meat and sausages

What could be better on a rainy spring day, when it is no more than 18 ˚C outside, than a stew and a good glass of wine? (and a finger of brandy whispers to me)

I don't know how many of you can preserve it, now that all Romanians have at least a refrigerator with a freezer, if not a refrigerated box, pork and sausages in lard, as was done in the country "in my time". Nostalgia for these preparations put at Garneau was intelligently speculated by those from Lidl, who put on the market, in the “Romanian weeks” such products:

I tested them too. The sausages are exactly as they should be: without too much fat, without stinginess, seasoned as much as you need and with what you need. However, there would be room for improvement in meat, especially in terms of the age at which the pig made the ultimate sacrifice to delight our taste buds.

Once the meat and sausages are purchased at the garnish, it's simple. Put the polenta, and when it is almost ready, pour the meat and sausages into the pan together with a generous amount of grease (ie lard). Brown them on the right heat for about 6-8 minutes, then put them on plates.

With polenta, one or two meshes (they can also be Romanian meshes), possibly some mushrooms filled with bellows cheese.

Pentru această rețetă aveți nevoie de următoarele:

Se taie felii ciupercile, cârnații și ardeii. Fleica de porc se taie în cubulețe, iar pătrunjelul se mărunțeste fin.

Carnea se pune într-o tigaie la foc mediu și se rumenește pentru 15-20 de minute, acoperită cu un capac, până își schimbă culoarea. Se adaugă ciuperciule, sarea, piperul și cumin-ul. Ulterior se adaugă cârnații și ardeii. Cartofii se taie pe 3 sferturi și se pot umple cu zucchini. Aceștia se introduc în cuptor la 180 °C pentru 30 de minute, iar înainte să fie scoși din cuptor se presară mărar tăiat mărunt și ruccola/parmezan pe ei.

Peste carne se adaugă roșiile cuburi și pătrunjelul. Se gătesc în total pentru aproximativ 45-50 de minute, sau până când majoritatea lichidului s-a evaporat. Good appetite!

Pentru tochitura

  • Taie carnea cuburi si inabus-o in ulei cu adaos de apa.
  • Cand este aproape inabusita adauga piperul proaspat macinat, boia de ardei dulce si sarea. Spre sfârsitul tratarii termice adauga vinul si usturoi pisat.

Pentru sos

  • Pentru sosul de usturoi pregateste o supa clara de legume din apa adusa la temperatura de fierbere si Knorr Concentrat de Legume.
  • Taie usturoiul marunt si piseaza-l cu sare pana obtii o pasta in care adaugi supa clara.

Prajitura Siret, reteta originala de cofetarie de la Galati, mai elaborata, aparte: biscuiti fragezi, din aluat cu untura, crema aromata cu ness -cafe, totul imbracat in fondant de cacao. Este o prajitura care se facea pe vremuri in laboratoarele de cofetarie si se gaseste in general, in zona Galati, Braila, Tulcea.

Nu este greu de facut, o sa va explic pas cu pas cum se face. A fost cosmarul vietii mele la laboratorul mare de cofetarie, prajitura Siretul cu crema de Ness. Aveam norma de 1000 de bucati pe zi si mereu stateam peste program ca sa-l termin. Nu stiu de ce, toata lumea lauda Siretul ca e usor de facut, dar toata lumea se eschiva. Asa ca pica in sarcina noilor veniti. De dimineata pana seara stateam ca sa-l termin. Offff.

Mai are rost sa va spun ca nu ma omor dupa Prajitura Siretul cu crema de Ness? 😀

Este foarte dulce, eu nu pot manca o bucata intreaga. Parca mananci praline &ndash daca le mai stiti, cat de dulci erau. & # 128578
