It is a very quick and extremely good recipe. Yummmi!
- 150 gr chicken breast,
- 150 gr canned pineapple,
- 1 red pepper,
- 2 onions,
- 2-3 tablespoons diced tomatoes in sauce,
- 3-4 mushrooms,
- 2 teaspoons of wine vinegar,
- 2 tablespoons dressing vinaigrette
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken with mushrooms and pineapple in sweet and sour sauce:
I cut the chicken into pieces and put it to harden. I added the julienned onion and pepper.
I let it cook for about 7 minutes and then I added the mushrooms, then the pineapple.
I also added tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
At the end I poured the vineaigrette sauce mixed with 2 teaspoons of wine vinegar over the chicken and left it on the fire for another 5 minutes.
I served a white wine next to the sweet and sour chicken.
