  • 100 gr flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • Filling
  • 200 gr urda
  • 200 gr feta
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 400 gr spinach, boiled
  • a nutmeg powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 600 gr mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 80 gr butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • salt to taste

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and cream cheese with spinach:

1. Mix the flour with the salt and baking soda. Make a wheel in the center and add the eggs, then pour 50 ml of milk and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix until all the flour has incorporated, then beat until you get a dough without lumps and thicker. gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes, but only if you want, because it is not necessary. Fry the pancakes in a pan with a little oil, putting 1 polish for each pancake. 2. For the filling, melt the butter in a pan and cook the mushrooms. After 3 minutes, add the garlic and continue to cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Add the parsley and salt, mix and set aside. 3. In a bowl, mix the urda with the feta, sour cream and nutmeg. Add the spinach and mix well (I mixed everything so the spinach chopped itself). Add salt if desired. 4. To serve, grease each pancake with 1 tablespoon full of cream then add a few mushrooms and fold the pancake. Serve everything with the remaining mushrooms.
