In a bowl put 1 cup chocolate flakes and 3 tablespoons peanut butter. Place in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir until smooth. Pour the resulting composition into a 20/30 cm tray lined with baking paper, level and place in the refrigerator for a few minutes, until it hardens.

SNICKERS & # 8211 homemade ice cream
The heat has come and we feel more and more the need for a cool dessert.
For most of us, the answer is simple: ice cream. So I told my husband I wanted to make some more ice cream. And he replied that the ice cream I make is ice cream for children, he is no longer a child and prefers SNICKERS ice cream. Which has peanuts. And caramel. And chocolate.
I replied that I would make ice cream. And that he will, but I will not give it to him.
So, dear husband, here's SNICKERS. From home. As good as the one you buy. But more. And made by my hand. Do you want it? Come on, I'm not giving it to you. I only make ice cream for children.
Chocolate cream ingredient
- 20 grams of sugar
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 80 grams of dark chocolate
- 80 grams of butter
- 4 grams of gelatin
- a teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 200 grams of sugar
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 50 grams of butter (I use this butter)
- 100 ml water
Ice cream ingredient
- 200 ml liquid cream
- 100 ml condensed milk (attention, do not use condensed coffee milk, it will not come out! Use condensed milk like this)

Chocolate cream preparation
In a bowl put hydrated gelatin with a little water.
In a saucepan mix the sugar with the whipped cream and boil them, stirring often.
When the composition reaches the boiling point, turn on the low heat and continue cooking for another 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate and butter. Add vanilla and mix.
Melt the gelatin in the microwave for a few seconds or in a steam bath and add it to the cream.
Leave to cool, stirring, every 5 minutes, until completely cooled.
As it cools, the cream will begin to thicken.

For starters we need to make a simple sugar caramel. I prefer to caramelize the sugar with water. Dry sugar can also be caramelized, but from my point of view it does not caramelize evenly and we are more likely to burn too much sugar. Putting the water in the sugar, it will gradually caramelize and will take on a beautiful color.
It is very important not to burn the caramel too much, its color should be dark gold, in no case brown. The more caramelized the sugar, the bitter it will become.
Over the caramel I added the butter.
It will lower the caramel temperature and the moment we add cream, it will not splash us.
Be very careful not to burn yourself anyway.
After we have prepared this caramel, we leave it to cool.
Prepare ice cream
In the mixer bowl we put liquid cream, condensed milk, hot chocolate sachet and ness teaspoon.
We mix at first at low speed, and when it starts to take on consistency we increase the speed.
We continue to mix until we get a frothy cream.

I placed silicone baking paper in a cake pan.

Method of preparation
I used a 30 × 25 cm tray that I greased well with butter.

I added the marshmallow cream over the mixture of butter, milk and sugar. At the end, I put the 200 g of peanuts in the cream and mixed again to incorporate them. I poured everything into the pan and left it in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
What was harder has passed.
I used some milk caramels that I was not too happy with, I hope you find some better ones (preferably contain a little more caramelee !!). So.
I melted the 300 g of milk caramels together with 40 ml of liquid cream. Again, on low heat. I poured the caramel obtained in the tray and to see the miracle, I left everything in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
Fourth layer (and last):
Basically, I repeated the first layer, only I replaced the milk chocolate with a bitter one. So, in a saucepan, I threw the 300 grams of dark chocolate and another 70-80 g of peanut butter and melted them together until I got a homogeneous cream. I poured the composition into the tray.
This time, I left the tray in the fridge for about 2-3 hours. After a while, I quietly cut out the house Snickers.

- 7 egg whites
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 200 gr ground walnuts
- a teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons flour
- a vf. salt knife
- Glaze 1
- 200 gr white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 7 yolks
- a packet of butter
- 200 gr sugar +5 tablespoons
- 200 gr chopped roasted walnuts
- Glaze 2
- 200 gr milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons oil
Mix the egg whites with the salt powder.
Gradually add the sugar and mix until diluted. You have to get a firm, glossy composition.
Add sifted flour together with baking powder, ground walnuts, and mix by gently stirring from the bottom up.
Wallpaper a tray with baking paper (22/28 cm tray) spread the composition and level it easily.
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the top over medium heat for about 25 minutes. It should be lightly browned.
Peel off the baking paper when the countertop has cooled.
