Place the vegetables in large jars.

I had 1 jar of 4kg and another 2 of 1,700kg.

The contents of one sachet are mixed with 1.75 l of water, 0.3 l of vinegar and 150g of sugar.

The obtained composition is boiled for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.

After boiling, you can add vinegar or sugar to taste.

Pour the hot composition over the vegetables in jars, then seal.

Close the lids tightly. For sealing, you can also put plastic wrap and then tie the jar with an elastic band.

The jars are better kept in a dark and cool place.
