Picarella

eeeeeh, after a long time I also went through the site; not the other way around but I ran out of camera; and as I got hold of my sister's, I say not to miss the opportunity to show you a delicious canned recipe for cold days ....

  • 5 kg of onions
  • 1 kg red hot pepper (necessarily)
  • 1 l apa
  • 1/2 l of vinegar
  • 125 gr sugar
  • salt to taste

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARING THE RECIPE Picarella:

Cut the onion into slices, or slices; the pepper is cut in half and cleaned well of seeds, then cut into strips. Everything is done by hand, not in a mincer or blender. Once the slicing is done, put them all in a pot on the fire. Add the other ingredients and bring to a boil until the onion is soft. Put hot in jars and staple.

That's all, it doesn't need any other heat treatment
