Mushrooms and onions are cleaned, washed, and finely chopped.

Heat the onion with a tablespoon of oil.

When it becomes glassy, ​​add the mushrooms and heat them until the juice is reduced.

Turn off the heat, add salt and pepper and add the finely chopped greens and red peppers.

Grease the pie sheets with butter mixed with oil by brushing.

We put the 5 sheets on top of each other.

We take the mushroom composition and spread it on the entire surface of the last sheet and roll it tightly.

On top, grease well with butter mixed with oil.

Put the roll in a well greased tray.

Put the tray in the hot oven for 25-30 minutes.

Serve cold.
