Pancakes with cheese and cheese

We can serve a glass of wine or beer.

  • 3 small boxes of natural danone (420 g),
  • 2 eggs,
  • 300 g flour,
  • 1 pinch of salt,
  • 500 ml of mineral water,
  • 1 tablespoon oil,
  • frying oil,
  • cheese or cheese for the filling.

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with cheese and cheese:

Sift the flour into a bowl, make a hole in the middle of the flour, where we add eggs mixed with yogurt. Mix well, thin the dough with mineral water, add 1 tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, mix again until you get a fine pancake dough. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes, then bake pancakes that we fill with grated mutton or grated cheese. I filled part of them with cheese, part with cheese. Grate cheese on top, we can serve it with hot chetchup next to a glass of wine or beer.
