4 Easy Smoothies, All Dashed With Sass

Things you need:

  • A blender
  • The Blue Loop to get to Mclanahan’s
  • A shot glass

The “I think I’m a Body Builder, but Really I Just Drink Protein Shakes and Carry Around a Gallon of Water All Day” Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Blend Time: 2 minutes
Time: 7 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 shot of crunchy peanut butter
1 medium sized banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 shot of fat free milk
1 shot egg whites
2 shots Chobani plain Greek yogurt
Handful of ice

Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender.

2. Blend until smooth (Yes – it’s that easy).

The “Vladdy is My Daddy” Smoothie
(21 and up)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Blend Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 7 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 shot Vladimir Vodka..2 if you are feeling daring
1 shot orange juice
Handful of ice
Handful of blackberries
Handful of strawberries
1 shot Chobani Greek yogurt
1/2 medium sized banana

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender.

(I don’t know how you feel about drinking liquid kale, but apparently it’s all the rage)

Prep Time: 7 minutes
Blend Time: 3 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Small bunch of green grapes, about 10
½ of a medium red apple
1 small bunch of kale (see picture for size)
1 grapefruit wedge
1 orange wedge
1/4 of a medium cucumber
2 shots OJ

Directions:
1. Have you caught on yet? Blend until smooth.
