Pangasius fillet bread

I washed the fish fillet well and let it drain. Then I portioned it.

I beat the eggs as for the omelet and put in them: crushed garlic, flour, salt, pepper and chopped dill.

I gave the pieces of fillet through the mixture mentioned above and fried them in hot oil.

We served the fish with new french fries and seasoned with a mixture of spices.
