It is ready when it becomes golden and hard. Let it cool in the bowl in which it was baked for about 10 minutes, then turn it over and syrup with the few tablespoons of thick syrup. It does not have to be syrupy. Let it cool well, cut it into slices like a cake, separating the slices a little from each other.
