Ingredient:

- 2 husband eggs
- 250 ml of whipped milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bottle of liquid red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 400 gr flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 700 ml cold liquid cream
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 1/2 kg of strawberries cut in half
- 250 gr blueberries

Here's how to make martisor cake:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the butter with the sugar in a large bowl, then add the beaten eggs to the composition. Mix well and mix the beaten milk, vanilla extract, food coloring and vinegar.

2. Mix previously sifted flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Add the mixture to the butter mixture and mix very well until you get a homogeneous cream. Place the top in two 20 cm cake tins, previously greased.

3. Bake the countertops for 30 minutes. To be sure, you can do the toothpick test: stick a toothpick on the counter and, if it comes out clean, it means it is ready. Cool the worktops. You will have to cut them in half, and to make it easier for you, you have to leave them in the freezer for a few hours, then cut them with a very sharp knife.

4. Beat the whipped cream and then add the powdered sugar, mixing until you get a fine cream. Spread a quarter of the whipped cream on the surface of the first countertop and add a quarter of the strawberries and blueberries. Continue like this until you get a 3-layer cake and a topping consisting of whipped cream and fruit.
