  • 8 egg whites

Put in a bowl 8 yolks (can be 4-5), 12 tablespoons sugar (300 grams), 1 packet of melted and cooled margarine. Add a little salt, vanilla, 9 tablespoons of flour, 800 ml of milk, raisins and at the end the beaten egg whites. Put the whole composition in a pan and bake in the oven at the right heat.

When the mixture is ready, bake for about 20 minutes.

Then prepare the cream. Mix the pudding powder in the sachets with a few tablespoons of milk and sugar. The remaining amount of milk will be boiled together with margarine. When it boils, you can also add the pudding powder. Leave it on the fire and mix until the cream is obtained. It will be left to cool in the fridge for about half an hour.

To prepare the syrup, all you have to do is put the ingredients listed above for the syrup on the stove, at the right heat. Leave the mixture on the stove until the sugar melts.

Then the top is syruped, and pudding is placed over it. You can decorate the cake as you wish.

Dough ingredients:

  • 7 egg whites
  • 7 tablespoons sugar
  • 7 tablespoons wheat flour

Ingredients for pudding cream:

  • 7 yolks, 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 liter of milk, 2 sachets of vanilla pudding
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 250 gr butter

  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • Almond flakes (for decoration)

Method of preparation:

Beat the egg whites, then add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

At the end, add wheat flour. Mix well. Put the dough in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake the dough for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

  • 90 gr flour

  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

  • 300 ml sweet cream for whipped cream 30%
  • 1 bar with chocolate and caramel (for decoration)

Method of preparation:

We prepare the dough. Using the mixer, beat the yolks with the sugar. Add wheat flour sifted with cocoa and potato starch.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites. Add the egg white foam to the mixture of yolks and flour. Mix well with a spatula.

Pour the dough obtained in a tray lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake the dough for about 25-30 minutes. Then let it cool.
