Prepare the Multicooker by connecting it to the power source.

Put the milk, mixed with the sugar, salt, in the bowl of the appliance.

Select the BOIL function from the MENU.

Press START.

For cream put 500ml of milk with the sugar to boil, and the pudding powder is softened in the remaining 250ml.

The pudding is left to cool in a cold water bath, during which time we mix the soft butter.
The cooled pudding is added to the butter, spoon by spoon, mixing very well after each incorporation (at least 1 minute, otherwise towards the end there is a risk of cutting the cream).

The bottom of the tray in which we assemble the cake is covered with vanilla biscuits, over which half of the cream is spread, followed by a row of cocoa biscuits, and the cream and, finally, a last row of vanilla biscuits.

The cake is kept in the refrigerator, so that the butter in the cream hardens.

Ingredient (1 serving):

  • 1 lg natural peanut butter (or almonds, hazelnuts, cashews)
  • 1 lgt honey (or maple syrup, agave)
  • 1 lg hemp seeds (or chopped walnuts, raw pistachios, coconut flakes, sesame seeds)
