It was the favorite order at the restaurant car or at the hotel for breakfast. :))))))


  • 400g cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • biscuit
  • salt
  • pepper
  • frying oil

Method of preparation

The cheese should be thicker, harder to melt when fried.

Cut the cheese into thick slices of one finger (1.5-2 cm).

Beat eggs well with salt in a plate.

Put flour and breadcrumbs in two plates.

Take a slice of cheese, pass it through flour, egg, breadcrumbs and set aside for 2-3 minutes to absorb all the egg by breadcrumbs.

Put again through the egg and breadcrumbs and set aside.

Fry in hot oil on both sides until nicely browned.

It can happen that the cheese still flows on the edges but it is not a bath.

It is eaten hot, sprinkled with pepper, with various garnishes or salads.

I ate them with some french fries and sour cucumbers in the sun, cold from the fridge.
