  • 2 cloves garlic, 2 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Method of preparation:

Remove the puff pastry from the freezer a few hours before preparing the rolls, so that it thaws completely.

If we use fresh spinach, we must wash it and break its tails. We put the spinach in a large strainer and rinse it under a stream of cold water.

Heat a medium-sized skillet. Put a tablespoon of butter in the pan. We clean the garlic cloves, put them in a press and put them in the pan. After less than a minute, add all the spinach. The spinach will soften and reduce its volume.

We lined a tray with baking paper. Put the puff pastry pieces with spinach in the baking tray, leaving a little space between them. Grease the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle a little sesame.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (baking option up / down), on the middle shelf.
